Mr. Dobbs is a Senior Account Executive at Jackson Healthcare and has spent the majority of his professional career in staffing with a focus on behavioral health. His current responsibilities include the maintenance and growth of roughly $10 million in revenue and the development of provider and client relations across 6 states. Since 2016, Mr. Dobbs has played a vital role in providing patients access to quality medical care through innovative staffing solutions. This has led to him being a key contributor to over 80,000 patient visits since January 2021.
Mr. Dobbs is passionate about serving his community and brings a significant amount of charitable outreach experience to The Grenee Dobbs Foundation Inc. He started the foundation to ensure that the positive impact that his mother (Grenee Dobbs) had on her community continued after her untimely passing. Mr. Dobbs is also currently serving as Vice Chairman Elect for the Board of Directors of Family Promise of North Fulton/Dekalb as well as a member of North Fulton Community Charities Emerging Leaders Council. In addition, he has previous experience working with The Make-A-Wish Foundation, Camp Twin Lakes, Drake House, Habitat for Humanity, Family Promise of North Fulton/Dekalb, Hype GA Inc. and most recently, he partnered with Chattahoochee Riverkeepers to organize a river cleanup event with over 30 volunteers.

Mike manages a web development team at Jackson Healthcare. He is responsible for the design, user experience, and implementation of an extensive range of healthcare staffing applications and websites for clinicians and facilities. He is also the visionary owner and founder of Big Red Design Company, a digital marketing agency. With almost 15 years of web experience, he partners with small businesses to optimize their digital marketing strategy. He’s also used his subject matter expertise to help successfully launch and grow many non-profits all over the world.
Mike is passionate about helping others and giving back to the communities that have fostered his personal and professional growth. He hopes to continue to educate and empower businesses to use the web as an affordable reality to grow and thrive.
